Marc D'Annunzio is a member of Siavage Law Group.  Marc specializes in negotiating, managing and executing complex corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and public and private securities offerings.  He also has significant experience in corporate governance, venture capital and private equity investments, lending and product licensing, as well as general corporate and commercial counseling.

While his experience spans a wide range of businesses, Marc has particularly deep experience representing companies in the electronic payments industry, especially banks and transaction processors, in a range of corporate and commercial transactions both in the U.S. and abroad.  To this end, Marc has been named as a “Certified Payments Professional” by the Electronic Transactions Association, one of the foremost organizations representing the payments industry. Before joining SLG, he co-chaired the payments practice group at an international Atlanta-based law firm.

Marc regularly speaks and writes on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to those relevant to the payments industry. He was recognized as a "Georgia Super Lawyer – Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine in 2005, 2009, and 2011.

Marc earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, and his B.A. in Economics and History with distinction from the University of Michigan. A member of the State Bar of Georgia, he is actively involved in the community through hands-on service to the Atlanta Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
