Marc C. D’Annunzio is a member of the Siavage Law Group. He has extensive experience in highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions, negotiations and deal management including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, investments, securities and corporate finance, corporate governance matters, public offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements, venture capital and private equity investments as well as general corporate and commercial counseling and product licensing. Marc’s 13 years of experience in a large law firm setting provides him with a unique perspective, a thorough understanding of all sides of a transaction and a sharp focus on a successful outcome for all parties. Marc also has significant experience representing companies in the electronic payments industry.

Marc regularly writes and speaks on a wide range of financial topics, including regulatory issues, transactions and deal making, alliance strategies, strategic financial positioning and international expansion. He has represented public and privately-owned companies, private equity and venture capital funds, investor groups and individuals.

Before joining SLG in 2009, Marc was a corporate partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in Atlanta. He was recognized as a ”Georgia Super Lawyer-Rising Star“ by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and 2009.

Marc earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where he graduated with cum laude, and his B.A. in Economics and History with distinction from the University of Michigan. A member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, Marc is actively involved in the community through hands-on service to the Atlanta Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
