Allison M. Siavage is a Member at Siavage Law Group, LLC. Allison brings an academic background tailored to the core practice areas of the firm, as well as several years of experience working with emerging companies prior to becoming an attorney.
Marc C. D’Annunzio is a member of the Siavage Law Group. He has extensive experience in highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions, negotiations and deal management including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, investments, securities and corporate finance, corporate governance matters, public offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements, venture capital and private equity investments as well as general corporate and commercial counseling and product licensing. Marc’s 13 years of experience in a large law firm setting provides him with a unique perspective, a thorough understanding of all sides of a transaction and a sharp focus on a successful outcome for all parties. Marc also has significant experience representing companies in the electronic payments industry.
Jacquelyn E. Hartley is Counsel at Siavage Law Group. She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, auction sales, joint ventures, private equity investments, structuring, governance and the negotiation and drafting of operational contracts. Jacque has advised public and private companies in the technology, specilaty retail, food service, medical, automotive, manufacturing and media industries.
