He is a member of the Georgia Bar's Business and Technology Law sections, and served as co-editor of the Technology Law section's quarterly update on new caselaw.
Allison M. Siavage is an associate at Siavage Law Group, LLC. Allison brings an academic background tailored to the core practice areas of the firm, as well as four-and-a-half years experience as a paralegal at SLG.
Marc C. D’Annunzio is a member of the Siavage Law Group. He has extensive experience in highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions, negotiations and deal management including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, investments, securities and corporate finance, corporate governance matters, public offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements, venture capital and private equity investments as well as general corporate and commercial counseling and product licensing. Marc’s 13 years of experience in a large law firm setting provides him with a unique perspective, a thorough understanding of all sides of a transaction and a sharp focus on a successful outcome for all parties. Marc also has significant experience representing companies in the electronic payments industry.
