Allison M. Siavage is a Member at Siavage Law Group, LLC. Allison brings an academic background tailored to the core practice areas of the firm, as well as several years of experience working with emerging companies prior to becoming an attorney.

Allison’s practice focuses on corporate governance, corporate structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, venture capital transactions, labor and employment issues, licensing, securities law and electronic commerce.

Allison has completed a broad range of transactions from venture capital and angel investments to business acquisitions. She is also passionate about being a trusted advisor to early-stage companies and, as such, advising those companies in connection with initial structuring and strategy.

Allison earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Finance Applications from Southern Methodist University. While at GSU law school, she received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence Award for the Top Student in Bankruptcy and the CALI award for Excellence in Corporations. As an alumna, Allison has presented to the Business Planning class at GSU law on the topics of compensation, 83(b) elections and 409(A) issues as they relate to emerging companies.

Allison is an active member of the Georgia Association of Women lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Technology Association of Georgia.
